Overview: The accounting coordinator has responsibility to provide professional planning, management and coordination of activities for the UCAOF leadership team. This includes but is not limited to related communications, meeting coordination, calendar and project management and ensuring the operations of the team run smoothly on a day to day basis. The accounting coordinator will be pulled in to certain tasks as needed by the various functional teams, including master data set up, audit support and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Manages daily administrative workload for leadershipManages daily meeting schedules, updates and communicates changes to all involved partiesOrganizes, manages and process travel arrangements and expense reportsCreates and/or edits presentations and communications when neededCoordinates all leadership meeting materialsActs as liaison with stakeholders and necessary internal staffPrepares executive correspondence and maintains recordsInterfaces with high:level executivesMaintains and organizes files and manages work flowEdits spreadsheets and other communication pieces when necessaryHandles other miscellaneous projects Core Competencies: AssociateA?s Degree and three years experience in administrative role supporting senior level managementPrior shared service, accounting, customer service experience is a plusProven ability to work with highly confidential materials and matters with extreme professionalismAbility to focus in a very fast:paced environment with multiple daily interruptionsFlexibility, independence and ability to multi:task, setting priority to each with little or no directionStrong communication skills with the ability to follow through on all tasksProven proficiency with and advanced knowledge of all MS Office programs : MS Word, Excel and PowerPointStrong writing skills and proven proficiency and speed in typing skillsAccountability to service deliveryWilling to grow and developTaking the time to understand the assignments prior to executionClose attention to detailTeam player : ability to collaborate and work together in a team environment
