The Accounts Receivables Specialist is responsible and accountable for the condition of the Client AR on all accounts assigned to the team member. An AR Specialist is a problem solver and a detective. The AR Specialist must be constantly on the look out for anything and everything that prevents or delays revenue regardless of the part of the process the problem exists. The AR Specialist must have critical time management and process management skills assuring that best practices for the complete process are executed effectively and on time. Proactively managing accounts receivables to guarantee that not payable claims are fixed and made payable as soon as possible. The AR Specialist role is critically integrated with all other billing process roles. An AR Specialist is someone who has to want to learn new software platforms and is not intimidated by working in more than one software at a time. Ability to learn new software applications is required. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated to improve process effectiveness and efficiency wherever suboptimal process exists.
