Job Description:/h3:
Must have 5 to 7 years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper and have full knowledge of accounting principals, experience in property management accounting including multi:family, and able to work with multi:companies. Duties to include journal entries, accruals, general ledger, month:end and year:end closings, financial statements, financial reporting, bank reconciliations, payroll, budgets, payables, receivables. Solid experience in Yardi Voyager and QuickBooks software. Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience in construction bookkeeping a plus. Full/part:time position. Farmington Hills location.
