The Maintenance and Construction Scheduling Principle Team Lead is a critical role that is responsible for:
:Supervise and oversee 2 to 4 scheduling and/or admin support team leaders who manage the scheduling for Gas long cycle construction and maintenance work.
:Meet customer commitments, work center performance tracking, forecasting and management and of distribution gas long cycle daily/weekly schedules.
:Develop and optimize work plans/schedules using best practice work management systems and processes.
:Partner with various departments including Energy Operations, Customer Energy Management, Gas Asset Management, and Work Process and Business Management to ensure the collective effectiveness and efficiency of the aggregate work management organization and resources while maximizing customer satisfaction and value.
:Interact with Managers, Executive Managers, and Senior Leadership.
:Lead and manage exempt employees who in turn, manage non:exempt employees in the technical field providing guidance and development for all employees within his/her span of control to build engagement and meet deliverables.
:Be the key point of contact and champion of effectiveness and efficiency in and of each respective Work Management Center.
:Work with all stakeholder partners to work through any process/personnel issues that impact work completion.
:Participate in the on:call rotation for emergency response coverage and is considered a critical position for storm operations and restoration, acting as Office Resource Coordinator during storms and ensuring staffing for 24x7 office coverage and activating dispatch/analysis and wire down operations.
:Four or more years of applicable experience.
:A Bachelors degree in an applicable field. Less than a Bachelors degree may be acceptable if accompanied by extensive experience in an applicable industry in positions that demonstrate required abilities and performance.

General or Field Planner/Schedulers supports the planning/scheduling functions for the distribution maintenance and construction areas of the Company. Duties and who this individual reports to will fluctuate between projects, departments and offices. Plans and prepares schedules for arrival of materials and equipment, installation, and repair of gas and electric distribution systems: Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each phase to meet client forecasted master schedule. Updates management of schedule status. Analyzes designs and construction data and performs mathematical calculations to determine material, tools, and human resource requirements for the schedule. Plans and schedules workflow for each required skill set and operation according to previously established sequences and lead times. Plans sequence of material, assembly, installation, and other operations for guidance of construction workers. Planner/Scheduler confers with Company management to determine status of projects. Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. Prepares project reports. May prepare
