LoVasco is seeking a full:time administrative professional to join our firm. This individual is the first point of contact for the office requiring a highly proficient and professional manner both in person and on the phone. This position wears multiple hats, providing essential administrative support to multiple teams. There will be an opportunity to take on additional tasks with time and experience, so an ability to learn new concepts quickly and operate with a high:level of judgment will be essential.
The ideal candidate is reliable with a positive, can:do attitude. Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and a strong attention to detail are required. The successful candidate will have proven experience in an administrative position in a professional office setting with demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, maintain a smooth flow of operation, maintain discretion with confidential information, remain flexible in a fast:paced environment, and collaborate with all office members.
