Job Description Ultimacs Advisors a growing CPA firm is currently looking for a qualified Payroll Manager/Bookkeeper. The person will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties, payroll processing, licensing and bookkeeping. Duties : Process and provide payroll services Prepare Journal entries Calculate and report payroll liabilities Prepare and report monthly sales tax Other duties as assigned Experience : Previous payroll experience plus Previous garnishments / deductions experience required Previous multi state sales tax reporting required Previous Quickbooks Online, accountant, Premier, Enhanced Payroll Skills/Qualifications :Analyzing information, Data Entry. Verbal and written communication skills, Computer and Reporting Skills, General math skills, organization skills.
