Job Description Multifamily property management company specializing in student housing is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for their corporate location. Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of Word and Excel, proper etiquette and telephone skills and minimum six months working in an office environment. Flexible hours provides a perfect opportunity for a student to pursue their education while obtaining a working knowledge in a business environment or for someone re-entering the work force. Responsibilities entail general office duties including: Administrative duties including filing, digital document processing, scanning, copying, preparation of letters and other correspondence Assisting the management team with scheduling, follow up phone calls and emails, preparation of spreadsheets and compilation and distribution of financial reports Other duties as needed Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word and Outlook required. Candidates must have reliable transportation and employment is subject to satisfactory background check.
