Provides support to Site Operation Manager and their direct reports, including creating presentations and compiling reports. Maintains the responsibilities of answering telephones and greeting visitors to the facility. Coordinates travel arrangements for Pontiac location employees by maintaining travel profiles, submitting travel requests and following up confirmed reservations to ensure efficient, cost-effective and well-organized travel. Create purchase orders and goods receipts using the SRM system. nice to have Sorts incoming mail, posts outbound mail, services postage machine and ships FedEx packages. Orders office supplies and maintains KanBan supply system for entire site. Maintains conference room schedule, organizes site meetings and events. Performs other duties as required. High School education is required A minimum of 5 years of related experience is preferred. Must be able to handle information in a confidential manner and project a professional image. Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook and able to type 60 words per minute. Experience in SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) procurement processing system is a plus.
