Responsibilities for this position include: providing cross-functional support of various teams, auditing various records, answering phones, greeting NSO guests, coordinating meetings, etc. Providing administrative support as directed, which may include involvement in organizational projects. Able to multitask and maintain confidentiality, while performing job functions accurately and in a timely manner. Must pay attention to detail at all times.High School Diploma and a minimum of 5-7 years customer service, administrative with intermediate computer usage experience. Equivalent education and experience may be considered. Strong communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal skills. Proficiency in multiline telephonic operations. Superior customer service experience. Experience interacting with all levels of leadership, staff, Board Members, and NSO guests. Intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to multitask is required. Valid Michigan driver's license and proof of auto insurance or access to reliable transportation.
