A WorkForce Software Administrative Technician is responsible for successful customer delivery of EmpCenter data collection hardware devices, such as time clocks. The Administrative Technician works across multiple departments involved in hardware deployment including Sales, Support and Development teams.
:Placing orders with vendors for hardware devices.
:Creating and reviewing customer hardware sales quotes.
:Responding to sales requests involving scope, hardware availability and pricing.
:Order fulfillment requiring software installation and shipment.
:Assist support team with hardware repair and replacement.
:Maintain hardware inventory.
:Execute and improve activities involving customer order fulfillment.
:Provide information required for customer billing.
:Reconcile physical inventory with QuickBooks inventory.
:Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
:Strong experience with MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
:Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks.
:Competence in repairing and upgrading hardware components.
:Critical attention to detail.
:Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
