Job Description
We are seeking a Chef / Kitchen Manager to join our team You will directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food.
:Oversee the daily operation of kitchen staff
:Monitor quality of products received and dishes prepared
:Create BOH schedule and monitor daily to ensure optimal efficiency
:Oversee kitchen product ordering and monthly BOH inventory
:Maintain proper health standards as determined by State of Michigan
:Previous kitchen manager experience
:Knowledge of common food safety practices
:Strong leadership qualities
:Ability to thrive in a fast:paced environment
:Assist with menu engineering for optimal cost management
