Job Description Front Desk / AdmissionsResponsibilities: Greeting Patients Communication with patients, physicians and any other people who contact the clinic Scheduling Patients Verifying patients insurance Entering patient data into billing system Collecting Co-pays Preparing management information Inputting Data Collected From In-house Research: Other Tasks: The admissions person reports to the clinic director and does any other tasks assigned by the clinic director. Job Requirements Front Desk / AdmissionsRequired Education and Experience: High school graduate or equivalent Experience in health care in a patient contact position is an advantage but not necessary Experience in other industries, eg. retail, in a position requiring customer contact is also useful
