Join our team at Sun Communities and embark on an exciting new opportunity We are looking for a Licensing Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Operations and Sun Homes departments.
As a Licensing Coordinator youll maintain licensing for our Operations and Sun Homes departments. Youll maintain and update the community vehicle fleet and manager home inventory list and files.
:Process new community licensing applications and all community licensing renewals, including completion of forms, preparing check requests, correspondence, and coordinating fingerprinting of Corporate Officers.
:Maintain community vehicle files, titles and fleet list, and process yearly registration tags; maintain community owned home files, titles, and ensure homes are insured, processing home registrations in required states.
:Perform general administrative functions such as answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, filing, etc.
:Assist with processing sales license applications and renewals in required states.
:Research licensing and/or permitting requirements for new acquisitions.
:Follow:up with licensing entities to ensure all licensing requirements are met and license is obtained.
:Act as a main point of contact for vehicle dispositions; provide locations with vehicle titles and disposition instructions as needed.
:Other duties as assigned.
:High School Diploma or GED
:Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
:Familiarity and knowledge of recordkeeping
:Excellent verbal and written communication skills
:Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem:solving skills
:Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet
