A real estate development and management company located in Southwestern Wayne County is looking for a general office manager.
The company has a small staff of full time administrative employees and contracts through numerous subcontractors to rehabilitate a high volume of residential properties for resale and rental. Applicants should have strong organizational skills and be familiar with standard office tasks and general office administration to handle day to day duties including minor bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable administration and basic clerical functions. Fun and challenging position and we are always looking to get better not your typical 8 to 5 desk job
Applicants familiar with QuickBooks, Excel and Word Perfect will be preferred. Real estate development, management, and/or sales experience is a plus.
Full time position, salary negotiable based on applicant background and skills.
