We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
:Draft correspondences and other formal documents
:Collecting Insurance certificates from sub contractors
:Entering info into quick books / excel / rent logs /google docs
:Keeping up on managers state licensing criteria and continuing education
:Plan and schedule appointments and events
:Greet and assist onsite guests
:Answer inbound telephone calls
:Notarizing documents
:Develop and implement organized filing systems
:Perform all other office tasks
:Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
:Notary would be preferred
:No Felony or fraud
:Accounting or book keeping back round or Quick books back round
:Ability to prioritize and multitask
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills
:Ability to update website and knowledge of internet marketing would be a bonus
:Strong attention to detail
