Job Description
Fast:paced executive at a fast:growing company, seeking a forward:thinking Office Manager to keep the momentum going. The Office Managers purpose is to stay on top of the little details so that the executive can focus on the big picture. The ideal Office Manager will be flexible, driven, proactive, positive, professional and upbeat; youll be willing to assist with any task big or small, all while facing each day with a smile on their face. The ability to maximize time while negotiating multiple tasks is key. Maintaining a professional demeanor within the community and the company is vital.
So what exactly will this Office Manager do?

:Available after hour and weekends
:Configure office equipment and technology and teach the executive how to use
:Skills in human resources
:bookkeeping skill required
:Work hours Monday through Friday 8am:6pm
: On call availability (some after:hours and weekends)
:Marketing and Promotions (i.e. update facebook, twitter, Instagram, company website)
:Must adhere to professional dress:code
:Polished and poised image

Qualifications/Requirements:
:Must have at least two years of Admin/Bookkeeping experience
:Must have at least one year of HR Experience
:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
:Team Player
:Ability to prioritize, multi:task, and meet deadlines.
:Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and excellent computer skills including: working knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Quickbooks, ADP, and other software as required.
:High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred
:Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Quickbooks, ADP, and other software as required
:Knowledge of ADP Workforce (attendance/Time Card) Reconciliation including authorization of hours worked to employment agency provider and attendance management administration
:Take pride in being detail oriented and staying one step ahead of the executives needs (remind him of appointments and tasks)
:Filing
:HR Support:Serve as primary HR and employee relations support.
:Payroll Administration
:Manage the on:boarding and termination of employees
:Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and excellent computer skills.
:Reliable transportation w/ valid drivers license
