The Purchasing Selections Coordinator is responsible for working with our vendors and customers to ensure they are completing their vendor selections on time. This position will require that you are in constant contact with both the customer and vendor through phone calls and emails on a daily basis. Additionally, the Purchasing and Selections coordinator will secure the final signoffs from the customer and upload the corresponding selections into our software system for field use.
Assist in the management of all aspects of Cranbrook Custom Homes Vendor Selection Process.
:Purchasing Selections Coordination : Vendor Management, Vendor Quotes and Reporting
:Communication : Ensure a full circle of communication between vendor, customer and managers to ensure selections and quotes are completed before there due dates.
:Customer Satisfaction : Ensure all Vendor quotes are accurate, processed and presented to the customer for approval in a timely manner.
:Manage Documents : Timely completion and organization of signed electronic documents between vendor, customer, purchasing and the field.

:High School Diploma required. Associate or Bachelors Degree preferred in Construction, Engineering, Business, Accounting or Communications is a plus.
:Work Experience
:Construction experience a plus, homebuilding preferred
:Purchasing and/or estimating experience a plus
:Technical Skills/Knowledge
:Strong communication skills both verbal and written
:Comprehensive knowledge of all construction related activities involved with the construction of a home
:Basic estimating skills related with general home construction
:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and PDF publishing
:Proficient in use of DocuSign Program
:Knowledge of estimating systems
:Experience in working with builder software systems
