365 Retail Markets, a rapidly growing self:checkout technology company with offices in Metro Detroit, Santa Clara, and Orem, creates technology that connects people with products at work. Our proprietary 365 technology provides a turnkey platform that allows customers to increase sales, improve the customer experience, and increase profits, while reducing operating costs.
This position is located within the Sales Department of 365 Retail Markets, and reports to the Director of Sales. The Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Account Executives in various aspects of the sales process. This will include setting appointments, distribution of key reports, providing quotes to clients, and assisting in various aspects of the sales process. The Sales Administrative Assistant will also provide clerical and technical support for the Director of Sales as needed.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
: Receive and process sales order information in a timely manner including, but not limited to, new orders, relocation requests, rush mode approvals, part orders, kiosk orders, and other opportunity:to:completion requests
: Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates into Salesforce CRM platform
: Provide weekly and monthly reporting, as requested, to Sales Director and Account Executives
: Assemble presentations and documents using existing marketing and sales content
: Answer and address incoming sales department calls and emails for possible leads, service calls, customer requests; leverage Account Executives for escalated issues and assign leads as appropriate
: Other duties as assigned by the Sales Director
: Initiate and maintain a good working relationship with all account managers and also our internal personnel and external clients
: Provide excellent customer service to customers and account managers
: Perform work related to special projects and/or assignments as required

Minimum Requirements
: 2:3 years of administrative assistant experience; Associates Degree preferred, but not required
: Highly proficient in MS Office, with the ability to create quality documents
: Direct experience with Salesforce or other CRM platform
: Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy
: Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking skills, and problem:solving abilities
: Able to work in a team environment while working independently to complete daily expectations in an effective and efficient manner
: Demonstrated dedication, high accountability, attention to detail and timely completion of order submissions
: Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
