Job Description:/h3:
Were adding an entry:level, part:time, Sales Administrative Coordinator to our Sales Department in our Farmington Hills, MI office. The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Director of Sales and sales Staff.
Schedule will be approximately 30 hours per week, Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.

Duties will involve:
:Proof read all sales and marketing documentation for formatting, spelling, accuracy and grammar
:Assisting with the creation, processing and managing of current versions of department documents and reports : must be accurate, formatted correctly, with current and valid information, and grammatically correct
:Assisting in gathering content to provide to external marketing firm
:Assisting with research and contacts : provide pertinent info to BDMs
:Assist with processing data and analytics to provide Management with accurate reporting and ROI
:Maintaining database and providing information regarding competitors, Client wants, and industry trends
:Providing administrative support for preparation of events
:Assisting Director of Sales and Team Members with relevant tasks

Position Expectations : You know you can do this position because you have:
:Bachelor degree in Business and 3:6 months of business experience (internship experience counts)
:Strong clerical skills: MS Office; CRM / database; grammatically correct English communications; once taught, able to process mathematical formulas (sales, ROI, increase, profits and losses, margins, bonuses, commissions, forecasts, etc)
:B2B sales process understanding : you understand what goes in to obtaining, closing and maintaining commercial sales based on your education and internship/work experience
:Professionalism : able to keep confidential information, be proactive, metrics driven, polished, acts with urgency, flexs with needs of company, is customer service oriented, expects nothing less than success, has a positive attitude and approach, is open to learning and sharing knowledge / ideas; and remains graceful in an environment with sudden deadlines and changes
:Client and Company minded : able to suggest creative business strategies to Director of Sales to match current Client needs and demands
