Job Description:/h3:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Support Specialist to join our team You will be responsible for helping our salespeople and customers by providing order processing and administrative support.
:Respond to customer inquiries or route to other team members for additional assistance as required
:Interact with sales and leadership team
:Process customer orders and associated invoices
:Issue purchase orders to vendors
:Document and update customer records based on interactions
:Perform other duties as requested by Supervisor
:3+ years of experience in a Customer Service and / or Administrative support role required.
:Bachelor Degree preferred, but not required.
:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
:Proficient with working in a Windows and Microsoft Office environment.
:Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast:paced environment.
:Strong attention to detail, time management and decision:making skills.
