A Client located in Novi is seeking an eBusiness Coordinator to perform Data Entry and Database Management. The eBusiness Coordinator/ Data Analyst will be responsible for the following: Upload and maintain company content onto various customer platforms (eg providing submittals, installation instructions, images, warranties). Provide Customer Sales and Support with product set-up sheet information. Extract information from PIM (Product Item Master). Process image requests. Work with various areas of the company to collect data. Perform basic database management. Perform a variety of spreadsheet functions. Performs other related duties as assigned. The eBusiness Coordinator must have demonstrated successful ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines. Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management. Communicate and interact with all departments. Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite. The eBusiness Coordinator must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with relevant customers/channels/products a plus. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. This is a temporary position for 3-6 months. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
