At WorkForce Software, you will provide support of the enterprise infrastructure for several 24x7x365 SaaS environments around the world. You will be responsible for day to day support of infrastructure networking for 8 data centers situated globally that support our SaaS solution. Some evening and weekend work is required. This position may be virtual/remote.

Responsibilities

:Day to day administration of switches, routers, and firewalls.
:Ensure networks are operational 24x7 in multiple SaaS environments.
:Troubleshoot hardware, network, performance and capacity issues.
:Periodically provide 24x7 pager support.
:Assist in keeping network documentation up to date.

Travel
:Up to 5

Requirements

:Administration of Cisco ASA firewalls including firewall policy, IPSEC VPNs and SSL VPNs.
:Administration of Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches utilizing 1 Gb/s, 10 Gb/s and 40 Gb/s Ethernet.
:Administration of Cisco routers (IOS and IOS:XE).
:Understanding of 802.1q VLANs and layer 3 routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
:Knowledgeable in application transport and network infrastructure protocols (SSL/TLS, DNS, DHCP, NTP, HTTP, SNMP, SMTP, SFTP, CIFS).
:Understanding of IPSEC and SSL based VPNs (multivendor IPSEC configuration, Cisco SSL VPN, WebVPN, AnyConnect, and OpenVPN).
:Ability to work independently and on a team.
:Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, which includes the ability to resolve issues and perform maintenance as needed, and work from varied company and remote locations.
:Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired Skills

:Experience with monitoring technologies/software.
:Experience with various open source solutions/software as it relates to network devices.
:Experience working with non:Cisco firewall technologies (Fortigate, iptables, Arbor Networks etc).
:Experience working with Dell Force10 1/10Gb/s Ethernet switches.
:Experience working with RADIUS, LDAP, LDAPS authentication as it relates to network devices.
:Experience with network management tools.
:Experience with network security hardening and remediation.
:Cisco certifications CCNP, CCIE, CCDP, CCDE

Education

:Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
