WorkForce Software is looking for experienced software engineers to join our Integration Development Team. An Integration Engineer develops powerful integrations that allow our clients to connect EmpCenter(R) to business systems used throughout their organization. WorkForce Software's seamless integrations empower our clients to make informed decisions based on real:time labor data.
:Define, configure and develop data conversions and interfaces for clients to connect WorkForce Software EmpCenter with business applications such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or ADP.
:Follow structured processes for gathering requirements, documenting code, maintaining revisions, testing, and developing quality assurance practices.
:Stay current on technical specifications for WorkForce Software products and Human Capital Management applications.
:Revise existing interfaces to improve operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
:Collaborate and share experiences in informational meetings to improved team performance and delivery.
:Collaborate with Project Teams in the design and development of technical content defined in the Statement of Work.
:Ability to travel up to 20
:Experience working with SQL and writing complex queries.
:Comfortable working with database servers.
:Experience with Dell Boomi and other middleware systems preferred.
:Experience with SAP and/or SAP CATS is a plus.
:Able to gather technical requirements and implement packaged application software.
:Familiar with technologies such as Webservices, SOAP, API and SSO is a plus.
:Excellent oral and written communication skills.
:Able to work on a dynamic, customer focused team.
:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
