Job Description:/h3:
International Bancard is looking for a full: time, Sales Support team member. Sales Supports primary responsibility is to provide assistance to the Direct Sales and ISO Agent Channels as the point of contact for all resources within the company. A separate but vital part of the Sales Support role also includes being an ISO Agent advocate to answer questions, help board business and work with our finance team to facilitate commission payouts.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
:
Point of contact for all active outside ISO Agents, account Executives and company management team
:
Point of contact for ISO Recruiters including checking their recruitment progress, on:boarding new agents and working with the sales and marketing departments to drive the agent channels to enhance deal count
:
Reviewing agent packages
:
Setting up and configuring agents on the system for accurate payments
:
Assigning and/or reassigning leads as required
:
Support for data entry and inside sales as needed
:
Assisting existing agents with questions, statements, account set:ups, pricing and merchant account application submittals
:
Providing statement analysis, proposals and reporting as needed
:
Researching agreements pertaining to bonuses and residuals in conjunction with the finance department
:
Creating, monitoring and completing tickets for agent and partner agreements, service issues, statement credits, refunds and service issues
:
Assisting with and/or conducting live demonstrations of various software products key in helping agents and merchants obtain the right configuration to meet their business needs
:
Collecting, analyzing and evaluating variety of information to increase the productivity of the sales team
:
Answering direct calls for interest in the ISO Agent channel or other targeted advertising
:
Additional projects as assigned by management

Required Education, Training and/or Experience:
:
3+ years call center and/or customer service excellence experience
:
ISO Agent customer service experience a plus
:
Solutions oriented individual
