At Voces Digital, we work closely with language teachers so that we can provide exceptional curriculum on an interactive online platform that goes above and beyond at serving their needs. We're a small team with a big impact, and we're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated customer experience professional to join us.
Our customers are language teachers – lively, creative, and, above all, professional educators who need clear and helpful guidance with our product. Therefore, we need a customer experience expert, someone who is an architect at building new relationships, as well as deepening existing relationships. Because we're a small team (only three of us!), expect to expand your skills and influence beyond customer satisfaction all while attending to our customers' needs as if there were hundreds of you, instead of just one of you.
The ideal candidate will be great on the phone and over email, comfortable using and talking about technology, eager to show teachers how to use our product, and able to troubleshoot issues (both technical and others) all while remaining efficient and organized in a busy office environment. The ideal candidate has experience teaching and can understand the unique challenges teachers face. He or she should also be comfortable with sales and not be afraid to "ask for the money."
Primary tasks include:
· Conducting virtual tours of our product with teachers and administrators
· Selling Voces to teachers and administrators
· Developing and implementing strategies to expand our reach
· Processing orders and managing customer accounts
· Answering phone calls and emails
· Attending national conferences and serving as a representative of our team
· Giving feedback on and participating in marketing, platform, and content decisions
· Truly engaging with Voces and the team and embracing the product as your own
