TITLE: Direct Hire RecruiterREPORTS TO: Vice President of Sales and Business Development or Direct Hire Recruiting SupervisorSUPERVISES: N/AGENERAL SUMMARY: Source, qualify and place candidates at client sites to support the direct hire business unit. Provide excellent customer service to further business relationships with both existing and prospective clients.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Source, evaluate, and review potential candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking and internal databaseCollaborate directly with client hiring managers to gain in:depth information on the ideal candidate, clientsA? culture and key candidate qualitiesWork with sales team to develop client relationships including attending sales calls and site visits.Assess candidatesA? technical skills and soft skills to find the best potential fit for clientA?s needsArrange, coordinate and participate in job/career fairs and related initiativesSource and recruit for highly skilled candidates for direct hire opportunities, utilizing previous direct placement recruiting experienceMarket talent to existing and prospective clientsNegotiate salaries, fees and close offers with both candidates and clientsDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to submit to current and future client basGenerate leads and market intelligence to enhance new client development effortsDevelop a detailed and customized candidate presentation, demonstrating candidate fit for role and clientResolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfactionThis list may not be inclusive of the total scope of job functions to be performed. Experience: Minimum 2 yearsA? of recruiting experience with direct hire placement experience preferred.Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills. Ability to multi:task and persevere in fast:paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
