They are based in the suburbs of Detroit.About the Position:They are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead their rapidly growing digital marketing, eCommerce, and content team. This is a high visibility position that will be reporting into their Chief Digital Officer. Key Responsibilities:* Planning all digital marketing strategies and programs; including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email marketing, social medial and display advertising.* Act as the primary point of contact for the company's digital marketing agency.* Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of our social media presence on all platforms.* Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing actual performance against goals.* Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages and other processes designed to maximize the customer experience.* Develop and implement new and creative growth strategies.* Manage the company's digital marketing budget.Skills, Requirements and Personal Attributes: * 7 to 10 years of eCommerce experience.* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of experience and education, in Marketing, Advertising or a related field with an emphasis on Digital/eCommerce.* Proven success in digital marketing specifically around driving conversion rates.* Background developing and managing multi-million-dollar budgets.* Experience with leading and managing outside advertising and digital agencies.* Solid knowledge of website analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, etc.)* Experience setting up and optimizing Good Adwords.* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript development and constraints.* Demonstrated ability to manage operational details while maintaining strategic understanding.* Outstanding communication and leadership skills.Submit resume (and samples if applicable) to:
