Job Description:/h3:
:
Reports directly to the EOS Worldwide Head Coach.
:
Serve as the Gatekeeper to the EOS Worldwide Implementer community, recruiting and converting ideal Implementer candidates that share our Core Values, GWC the EOS Implementer seat, and share and perpetuate our Vision.
:
Follow the Recruiting Process and deliver at least (12) qualified Boot Camp attendees each quarter (a minimum of 48 annually).
:
Hit weekly scorecard numbers and other performance measurables, and complete 80 or more Rocks each quarter.
:
Conduct 6:10 EOS Implementer live webinars quarterly.
:
Conduct candidate follow:up screening calls weekly
:
Clearly communicate Core Values, Designation Guidelines and other performance standards, and necessary ingredients for success to potential Boot Campers (the Dojo : keep the bar high)
:
Moving prospects gracefully from the prospect phase into Boot Camp and transitioning the prospect to their respective coach/ support team.
:
Understand and effectively message the EOS Worldwide international model to Implementer candidates outside the US and Canada.
:
Attend and participate in the Coaching L10 weekly meetings
:
Execute with a high level of effective communication throughout the organization and with Implementer candidates.
:
Proficient use of CRM and other technology platforms to track, monitor and convert the candidate sales pipeline and Boot Camp interest list. Some administrative tasks would be assumed.
:
Leverage available resources (Base Camp members, drip marketing campaigns, and webinar attendees) to nurture and convert candidates over time.
:
Personally care and guide all referrals from EOS Implementers into the recruiting process.
:
Collaborate with the EOS Worldwide leadership team (Coaching, Marketing, Implementer support, Technology and Finance departments) to maximize the companys goals and plans.
:
Attend the companys Quarterly Boot Camp and/or Collaborative Exchange (QCE) to meet the new EOS Implementers and best understand the community
:
Proactively manage the capacity of quarterly Boot Camps and nurturing campaigns for dual locations nationally.
:
Understand and adopt our EOS recruiting process, scaling over time to meet demand.
:
Build, manage and modify the reporting platform to deliver upon the above position requirements.

At a minimum, visible track record of success in complex sales role.

Ability to NOT put a square peg in a round hole... do not just fill a seat for the sale
