We are currently recruiting for a talented Heat Sales Regional Manager to promote and sell MovinCool products, develop new prospects and service existing customers to increase company sales. The position is located in Southfield, MI.
If you have a Bachelors degree and five years or more experience in automotive technical product sales, please submit your resume in Word format to end user sales of MovinCooI products through distribution channels in assigned territory to achieve annual sales goals. Responsible for total territory management including: Forecasting, Accounts Receivables, Sales Plan Maintenance and Product Training. Maintains favorable relationships with distributors in order to increase revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:Develops and implements strategic sales and marketing plan each year.
:Responsible for growing revenue through current customers by directly developing end:user opportunities.
:Responsible for all sales and support activities in assigned geographical area including but not limited to:
:Meets or Exceeds annual revenue and unit targets.
:Manages day to day sales and support for assigned accounts including attending open houses, vendor days, and tradeshows, and sales collaterals.
:Manages Market and Sales Analysis for Multi:State Regions; and Developing quotes and proposals.
:Calling on decision makers such as engineers, buyers, or other professional / technical personnel at commercial, industrial, and other establishments to schedule product presentations.
:Creates Annual Sales and Marketing plans with assigned accounts.
:Schedules and/or travels with distributor reps to end user customers to conduct needs analysis, support quotation creation, manage opportunity pipeline, close opportunities.
:Manages accounts and communicates with each on a consistent basis.
:Prospects for new potential end user customers and coordinates sales through existing distributors.
:Creates annual sales forecast and monthly updates for each assigned account including new business opportunities.
:Provides monthly forecast update.
:Salesforce CRM use and maintenance on a daily basis.
:Gathers and reports on competitive intelligence in assigned territory.
:Supports the creation and facilitation of product training.
:Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors degree (B.A.) from a four:year college or university; and five or more years sales related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior technical sales experience in the HVAC industry, primarily with a strong background in
commercial/industrial air conditioning.

:Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, variances, ratios, currency, and algebraic formulas used in spreadsheets.
:Reasoning Ability: Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Must rely on judgment to gather information from and follow:up with various outside sources; considers broad range
