Job Description
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Work within the commercial strategies defined in the business plan
Support sales to ensure the accomplishment of sales budget
Participate in business growth quarter by quarter
Focus on growing and developing existing customers, together with generating new business
Develop business plans for all current and opportunity business
Support the finance department in the preparation of cost reduction ideas ensuring sales objective activities
Regularly monitor Gross Margin objectives and results
Ensure understanding of customer needsand be a key contact through frequent communication and on:site visits
Effectively inform customers of company new developments, capabilities, and competitive advantages
Review and approve all new or modified customer contracts to ensure that the terms and conditions meet the agreed terms
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an on:going basis
Data entry in internal tracking systems utilizing purchase orders, engineering change documents, PPAP documents, and customer commercial documents
Support the delivery of technical presentations to assure the best promotion of products at customers and to develop new sales
Prepare sales call reports, periodic activity reports, sales forecasts, sales presentations, market share analyses and other competitive information, etc. for the internal organization
Research knowledge about customers and automotive market
Perform other duties as required

: High level of leadership and teamwork skills;
: Financial knowledge
: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel;

: English (in case of not being native language)


: Ability to successfully function in a matrix style of management.
: Excellent organizational and follow:up skills;
: Competent in problem solving and planning;
: Targets orientated, dynamic and polyvalent.
: Solid judgment and decision making aptitude in weighing relative cost and benefits of business actions.
: Understanding of customer release systems
: Experience in Metal Stamping, Body In White components
: Strong Presentation skills
: Ability to Critical Think using logic and analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of different business approaches.
