Job Description

:Creatively and assertively recruit top talent, cold calling and using top notch social media skills.
:Guide candidates through the recruiting process ensuring a smooth interview process
:Advise, counsel and manage our clients throughout the whole recruiting lifecycle : from the initial requirement call through the offer
:Be creative, bring ideas to the table, suggest and implement improvements, try new things, and challenge others.
:Provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting process.
:Source, screen, interview and refer candidates to clients
:Maintain effective working relationships with our clients to ensure they are informed about progress of their position every step of the way. This means talking with them at least once a week to give status updates
:You must be comfortable talking on the phone and leading the conversation
:Must be able to manage multiple positions at once in a fast paced environment
:Proven ability to be a team player
:Excellent verbal and written communication skills
:Ability to build collaborative relationships and display strong judgement
:Bachelors degree (preferred)
:2 years of general recruiting experience
:Experience with recruiting IT and Engineering a bonus
