The Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Recruiter will be part of a colloborative team dedicated to building a best in class TA organization. The TA Senior Recruiter will be responsible for the full life:cycle of the TA process and will partner with senior leaders, general managers, and all levels / functions in the organization. Assist in the development of a best in class TA organization including: Process Excellence, Tools and Technology, Demand Planning and TA Strategy, Marketing/EVP, Sourcing/Talent Pools, University Relations, Talent Assessment and Metrics/Analytics. Build strong relationships and trust with hiring managers, be viewed as a subject matter expert and provide consultative guidance to the business. Evaluate the market, anticipate needs, counsel on the availability of talent in the market, and present outstanding candidates in a timely manner. Assesses advertising, marketing and social media needs and select appropriate methods working with Walbridge marketing resources. Utilizes all forms of traditional and non:traditional applicant sourcing opportunities and develop creative, leading edge sourcing strategies.Follow established processes and track candidates to ensure we are meeting OFCCP guidelines Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field; or, 5 additional years of relevant professional experience and training in lieu of a degree.Minimum of 4 years of full cycle recruitment experience, including developing diverse sources to generate talent, behavioral and competency based interviewing and assessment, and offer negotiation.Knowledge of human resources and employment law.
