Job Description:/h3:
As a Staffing Account Manager, you will be working in a fast paced environment of our staffing organization. The Account Managers main task will be connecting with new clients and developing new business. The position also includes all forms of pre:sales and sales activities, including cold: and warm calling, direct client interactions, support of marketing and networking events, support of marketing campaigns, presenting candidates, coordinating interviews, closing contracts. The Account Manager must be an experienced self:starter, but take direction well, manage multiple priorities at the same time, and execute directives effectively and flawlessly.
Responsibilities
Be passionate about creating new contacts and connections
Source potential clients though referrals, network, social media, contact campaigns, cold calling
Be excited about developing the EverStaff brand
Be an expert all things sales and business development of technology services
Be excited about bringing individuals and interesting client positions together
Prepare, present, discuss professional staffing services proposals
Screen and interview candidates, schedule candidate tests and interviews as necessary
Prepare and submit resumes to clients, schedule and coordinate client interviews
Guide clients through the process of selecting and engaging our consultants
Maintain appropriate records in CRM and applicant tracking system throughout the process
Document contacts, connections, activities in CRM for review by account executives
Maintain solid understanding of open job requirements, as well as overall hiring profiles
Listen to client requirements and develops job descriptions
Schedule meetings with recruiting manager, human resources and hiring managers
Skill set
3 or more years of account
management/assistant experience at a staffing or consulting agency is a major plus
Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial attitude
Ability to multi:task, handles multiple assignments at the same time
Desire to work in recruiting and sales
Work well in a team environment, able to self:manage, prioritize initiatives
Strong networking skills, online as well as at events
Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
Always maintain a positive attitude and commitment to quality, integrity and trust
Solid computer and Internet skills, MS Office and Outlook, Word, CRM, ATS, etc.
