Job Description:/h3:
1.0 BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Primary responsibilities are to (1) coordinate company training and development activities to ensure continuous improvement and maximize organizational effectiveness; including assess needs, plan programs, facilitate instruction, document the delivery, and maintain employee training files, in compliance with industry quality standards and any necessary governmental regulatory requirements; and (2) develop and maintain employee data base system for the tracking and reporting of key human resources metrics. Secondary responsibilities include the support of all human resources functions, as assigned, including employee recruitment, benefit administration, health and safety compliance, etc...


2.0 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with all industry quality requirements, especially the documentation of TS:16949 Quality Standards.
Conduct training presentations such as new hire orientation, company policies and performance appraisal system
Assessment of training and development needs for all employees.
Responsible for the training budget across all business lines and ensure budget is being effectively used
Audit training programs to ensure they comply with industry best practices.
Coordinate, plan, schedule, facilitate, and evaluate training programs, especially technical (APQP, FEMA) and soft (PLM, Management, Cultural Diversity, Harassment Prevention) skills training.
Catalogue and maintain resource library including reference and training materials and sign in sheets
Initiate and update employee training documentation and files though the training matrix and LMS system
Responsible for World Class Engineering initiates which include creating succession planning and career paths for employees
Monitor, document, and coordinate performance reviews and evaluations.
Develop and maintain employee and contractor database.
Gather, compile, tabulate and report key data for monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Maintain confidentiality with all personnel information.
Identify and contract third party training providers as necessary.
Act as a support function for any safety related issues
Responsible for implementing health and wellness activities into the organization

4.0 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management.
Skills:
3 years experience as a HR generalist or specialist in Employee Training and Development
Experience in a TS16949 Quality system is required
Proficient in technical writing and use of MS Power point.
Excellent communication, technical writing, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and collaboration:building abilities.
Ability to work in a confidential environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects, while maintaining careful attention to details.
