Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Implement and deploy various softwares
* Analyze office processes (sales, marketing, clinical s and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement
* Gather and understand all functional and user requirements for new and existing products
* Perform gap analysis between a requirements and the functionality within the different softwares.
* Configure the application to meet office requirements
* Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements with and without the development of custom code
* Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
* Create technical specifications
* Design and integrate business processes and data flows between applications such as back office/ERP applications, etc...
* Train personnel on the usage and administration of different applications (functional user training and technical training)
* Develop data conversion and testing strategies
* Develop high level project work plans
* Lead technical discussions
* Provide technical support
* Provide Product Installation
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
* 4 year degree in computer science, engineering, business, MIS or equivalent
* Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required
* Experience implementing large packaged CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Siebel, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM, SalesForce, Sales Logix, or Pivotal, SharePoint) is required
* Minimum 2 years consulting experience preferred
* Significant experience with sales management, marketing, and/or customer service processes
* Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications preferred
* Be comfortable with Network Development and Implementing as well as if needed to drop lines and configure firewalls/access ports/server configuration and maintain back:ups and phone support

* CRM SDK and Developers Toolkit
* CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports development
* Programming languages : C, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, VSTO, Silverlight
* Architect / design CRM system, related customizations, portals, and reports
* CRM development or integration best practices
* Technical specifications documentation
* Data migration and integration mappings using SQL Integration Services, Scribe or Web Services
* SQL Reporting Services
* MOSS/SharePoint Services
* Network Configuration
* Network Support
* Back:up Solutions
* Phone Installations for IP PBX
* Data and Voice Configuration
* MS Server Support
