Call or email today! 248-262-5206 or Alyson@theimpactanswer.com Expectations and Responsibilities Understand and align with Impact’s Core Values Meet weekly KPI metrics – calls contacts, internal interviews, submittals, client interviews, offers Research and source top talent for customer job orders through creative measures, strong search strings, networks, etc. Prepare quality resumes for submittal to customer accounts Submit resumes within 24-36 hour turnaround time to exceed customer expectations Run professional and efficient interviews and presentations based on Stage Level of process Build and manage associate relationships Support recruitment department by being a team player and helping out as others are out of the office Strong working knowledge of internal Sendouts system for candidate tracking purposes by entering records, searching, matching process, note documentation, merging records, enter job orders, mail merge, etc Become efficient in Recruiter 101 with background checks, drug tests, new hire paperwork, job postings, sourcing skills, report metrics, etc Assist in employee relations questions or concerns from potential candidates and associates on contract assignment Perform Stage 1 calls and assist in prepping for State 2 events Build pool of candidates for future positions Education / Certification / Training / Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred Knowledge of HR, business, staffing/recruiting preferred Strong sense of customer service, ability to multi-task, detailed oriented, highly organized Team player with positive attitude Company Overview Impact Management Services, a leader in premium staff management solutions.
