Job Description We are looking for a leasing consultant for a apartment community in Detroit, MI. This person must have a strong customer service background. They will need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must pass background screening. The Leasing Consultant is primarily responsible for the leasing of apartments and processing applications. These responsibilities include acting as the contact with prospective residents via telephone or in person, determining the needs of the prospect, scheduling appointments, demonstrating apartment models and vacant apartments, showing community common areas and amenities, following through with prospects, monitoring advertising effectiveness, and completing marketing, leasing and traffic reports.
