Job Description The Customer Service representative will also support the Midland outside sales team by placing orders and providing product research or detail as needed. Successful Customer Service representatives will have an upbeat attitude and provide innovative solutions to meet the needs of Midland's growing customer base. Principal Responsibilities: Interacting with customers Finding customer solutions Answering customer phone calls Placing product orders Ensuring timely shipment of orders Supporting Midland's sales team Providing product research Growing customer relationships Professionally representing Midland Tool to customers Preferred Knowledge: Mechanical Aptitude Sales Experience We are an Equal Opportunity Employer .
