GoldenDent is a Roseville, Michigan based dental equipment manufacturing and sales company that markets and sells direct unconventional dental products to dentists. GoldenDent is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing Inside Sales Team at our corporate office located in Roseville, Michigan as a part-time Sales Lead Generator. This positions main goal is to reach new dental offices/dentists in order to generate new business/sales leads for our experienced Inside Sales Team. This employment position consists of outbound phone calls to dental offices based on targeted pre-developed campaigns, internet research for dental leads and data entry using MS Word/Excel and our Salesforce CRM. This part-time position (aprox. 25-35 hours per week) offers a flexible schedule and is paying $10 an hour. This role will support the existing experienced Inside Sales team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead generation and new dental office development;
Outbound call campaigns, including cold calling;
Set-up appointments for outside sales team;
Cross-sell GoldenDent’s dental product offerings to new & existing dental offices;
Work closely with all internal departments;
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism;
Enter call activities into Salesforce CRM system; and
Complete call campaigns and other assignments within specified period of time.
Excellent communication skills;
Strong listening and probing skills to identify business needs, desires and opportunities;
Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) is a plus, but not required - will be trained;
Strong Data Entry Skill that is detailed and accurate;
Strong time management and organization skills;
Ability to think on your feet and communicate well with other professionals;
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales setting. Previous telemarketing or phone customer services skills would be helpful.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products;
Outgoing, energetic, and positive;
Ability to overcome objections and accept rejection on phone calls;
Sense of urgency; and
Effective communication skills both oral and written.
This is a professional corporate office environment. Each employee will have his/her own workstation, phone and computer to use for the position.
Job Type: Part-time, 25-35 hours per week
Compensation: $10.00/hour rate
Required Education: High School or equivalent
