Currently offering a $1,000 sign on bonus to all qualified Maintenance Technicians!*We are seeking experienced, dependable and hard-working Maintenance Technicians with previous apartment maintenance experience to join our team. Our maintenance technicians are responsible for completing maintenance requests by diagnosing issues and making repairs in a timely and professional manner.Does your resume possess these skills?*General maintenance of currently occupied apartments*Timely ability to make units ready for move-in*Repair/replacement of all household appliances*Minor carpentry and plumbing*Basic drywall and painting*Heating and cooling repairs/replacementsPosition requirements:*Availability for rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls (offering a weekly on call bonus)?*2 - 5 years of technical, vocational or on-the-job training in the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, and carpentry.*Self starter with the ability to work independently*Attention to detail and quality*Must have own toolsBy becoming part of our team you will be able to take advantage of our employee health/dental/vision benefits with a minimal waiting period for enrollment, 401(k), Maintenance Technician training program and uniform program. All candidates must pass pre-employment background, drug screen, physical and have a valid driver's license and own transportation.Bonus terms: *($500 upon beginning employment and then $500 after 6months of employment; acceptance of the bonus requires the amount be reimbursed by the employee if they leave prior to completion of 12months employment.
